

How do I sign up for service?
Click the NEW CUSTOMERS link in the top menu bar and complete the sign-up form.

How Can I pay my bill?
You can pia via, link on website, invoice sent via email. Or check or money order sent to us

Is there a bag limit?
YES. To ensure efficient collection for all our valued customers, we kindly request limiting weekly trash to 3/10/15 bags. We understand that special occasions and holidays may require additional bags, and we are happy to accommodate as long as we are informed in advance to ensure smooth service for everyone on the route.

Bag sizing:
Is based off of a 13–15-Gal tall trash bags. We will collect bigger bags, but they will be counted as more than 1 bag. Please keep weight in big bags reasonable.

What time will my trash be picked up on my pickup day?
We ask trash to be placed out and ready for pick up by 6:00 am the morning of your scheduled service day.
When is my bill due?
Your bill is due on the 1st week of each month. If payment remains outstanding for 15 days, you’ll receive a late fee. The week of the 25th it will result in being removed from the route.
Can I throw away boxes?
YES. We gladly accept broken-down boxes during our weekly pickup service.
What should I do with large or bulky items?
For large or bulky items like furniture, appliances, or mattresses, special arrangements and additional fees are needed to be made for their disposal. Contact our office via call 417-226-8774 or text 417-221-4149 to inquire about bulk pickup
options or local disposal facilities in your area.
Do you provide a trash bin?
NO. At this time, we do not provide trash bins to our customers. We are working on this. Will be updating everyone once we get them sourced.
